I’ve used this when camping out during warm nights. Very comfortable and breathable. Since I have a dog (think: hair), I use it indoors as a blanket/mat for stretching exercises.

When researching this bag I found differing weights listed, so I contacted the manufacturer Northpole who makes this bag for Columbia. They told me this bag has no weight listed, so it had to weigh LESS THAN ONE POUND. I’m thinking this is GREAT since I wanted an ultra light bag for Summer. After receiving the bag I’m guessing it weighs closer to 3 pounds.
That being said, it is well made for a low cost bag. The poly shell and 240 gram micro fleece should be easy to care for. I plan to cut off the bungees on the end, remove the tag, and take out the full length zipper (which is probably the heaviest part of the bag) bringing this down to sub-two pounds. Wish me luck.
My only complaint is the ‘Powermesh’ carry bag. I don’t consider it very powerful since it ripped the first time I stuffed the sleeping bag into it. I guess it is really a carry bag and not a stuff sack.

Very well made, have used it both outdoors on a balmy evening, and indoors where the temperature was about 50. In both cases, I was very comfortable. This was exactly what I had hoped for when ordering

This bag has a full length zipper to enable it to open like a blanket. It also has a small velcro piece at the top to keep the bag from unzipping while you sleep. The blue and green polyester areas of the sleeping bag are a bit slick & slippery, but the tan microfleece liner is soft and comfortable to sleep on.
I haven’t tested this in the field yet, but it appears to be a well made, compact & fairly lightweight summer sleeping bag. The specs on Amazon aren’t very clear so here is some accurate measurements:
Sleeping Bag = 1261 grams = 2 lbs 12.5 oz
Incl Mesh Bag = 33 grams = 1.2 oz
There are 2 bungies sewn into the outer foot area; When rolled up tightly and fastened with those bungies, it is 6″ x 17″. (If you compress it in a strong stuff sack, you can probably make it smaller.) The sleeping bag only fills about 80% of the included mesh bag, so I plan to roll up my silk sleeping sheet inside also.
Hope you found this review to be helpful.

It is a perfect sleeping back to sleepovers and it is really easy to wash, meaning its not so big that it couldn’t fit in the washer.

This is a nice size bag. Packs pretty small. We’ve used it at cabins, hotels, etc. Problem is that they are not durable. We have bought two, and after maybe a dozen uses, the stitching on both bags has come undone. We have sewed them up, but I imagine they will start coming apart again soon, just in a different area. Shame really. I have enjoyed many Columbia products. These sleeping bags are a let down.
