I bought the Frye Harness flat in grey to match my professional outfits when I wanted to be dressy but comfortable. For the price and style of the shoe I expected the shoe to provide more give around the areas of the feet that would flex while walking around. The sides and back of the shoe are extremely comfortable however the main problem stems from the top of the shoe that spreads across the wide thick part of the foot. It is cut so tight that you start to feel ill from the increasing intensity of pain. I wish I had tried them on for a longer period of time at home before I stepped outside because then I would be entitled to a refund. Maybe I could get a shoe tailor to fix the problem.

This is a review for the black patent leather loafer. For some reason, I got an amazing deal on this pair of shoes – it ended up costing $44 or so buying them from Amazon – so I see they’ve changed the price. Honestly, if you are in need of a good pair of loafers do not hesitate to pay full price for them. Not only are they absolutely adorable, but they are maybe the most comfortable pair of shoes to ever grace these tootsies. I normally get brutal blisters from every pair of shoes I wear. I put these on without socks for a day of shopping the first day I got them. Not only did I not have one hint of a blister, but my friend who wore uggs had sore feet before I did.
They are great shoes – you can dress any outfit up with them. And patent leather flats – especially loafers – are very in style. I love them, and my feet totally approved!!!

The first time I put these on I wore them for a few hours with no discomfort. They are so cute and very well made. I bought the black ones and I will be ordering another pair in red! I usually have a difficult time with shoes like these because I have the beginnings of a bunion on my right foot. But, these are wide enough in the toe area to accommodate my foot with no pain. Great shoes!!
